When you\u2019re busy \u2013 whether you\u2019re a hustler, mom, working mom, or just got tons of shit to do, getting the proper vitamins and minerals will give you energy to help you crush it every.single.day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You guys know Lauryn is a lazy chef and needs recipes that are quick, easy, simple, but delicious. But we want to make sure our snacks are as nutritional as possible too. It\u2019s a work in progress but when we find cool recipes like this, we just have to share.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are some <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">healthy snack options<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that Lauryn\u2019s family loves, and now this GREEN popcorn is being added to the list. It\u2019s the perfect, fun, nutritious food to take your snacks to the next level.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Green, packed with nutrients, salty, crunchy, it\u2019s all the things. Let\u2019s get right to it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Spirulina Popcorn Recipe<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, \u201dWhat the fuck is spirulina doing on popcorn and why in the world do I want to eat it?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because you should <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EAT YOUR SEAWEED<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Spirulina is basically a blue-green algae that works freaking wonders on the skin, the body, the hair, EVERYTHING!!! It is all around amazing and if you don\u2019t already have some (in <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">powder<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pill<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> form), you need to get some ASAP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are many different types of spirulina that you can purchase in-store &#038; online, but our absolute favorite is <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hawaiian spirulina<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The Hawaiian spirulina is better because of Hawaii\u2019s climate. It makes for a higher quality strain that\u2019s richer in carotenoids, antioxidants &#038; enzymes. Also, the nutrient-rich water of the deep ocean in Hawaii gives the spirulina a rich mix of calcium, magnesium &#038; 94 other trace minerals. Add your kernels, cover with the lid slightly ajar, &#038; shake the pot about every 30 seconds to ensure all your kernels pop.
